Yeah, Cebu Pacific’s flight sched sucks. But if you look at it, if you’re flynig from Manila on a Friday, you wouldn’t have to take a leave from work that day. Starting December though, Cebu Pacific will be offering two flights a day. The first flight out would be around 4pm, I think. Much better.Jetstar *is* expensive. Actually, the difference in their fares and PAL’s promo fares (min 3 days, max 8 days) is minimal. The difference between their fare and Cebu Pacific’s and Tiger Airways is BIG. However, I agree, they have a better flynig schedule then Cebu Pac.I haven’t tried Air Asia yet, but I’m considering taking it for a trip next year. Their fares are good, but aside from that, the reviews I hear about them aren’t that stellar, mostly about flight cancellations without prior notification, flight delays, etc. But I think they’re working on improving their services, particularly the delays. My only complaint is that they’re also based in Clark, not NAIA.I’ve taken the bus train route between Singapore and KL. It’s a great way to travel, I have to say, specially now that they have first class buses. Also, from KL, you can take the bus or train to Thailand! Well, it takes about 24 hours, but it should be quite and experience.
